Bread roll recipe:
- 125g Bread Mix
- 20-30ml oil/coconut oil
- 200ml lukewarm milk/nut milk
Mix the ZsemleMix with the oil and lukewarm milk. Knead the dough well, shape 3 buns (each about 125g) with wet hands, let them stand for 5-10 minutes, then place them on a flat plate, cover with a cereal bowl, and bake in the microwave (at 750W full power) for exactly 4.5 minutes, then let them cool on a rack.
The roll can only be baked in a microwave oven!
Ingredients: dietary fiber (cellulose), apple fiber, Thickener: psyllium, collagen peptide, Raising agent: sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), dried yeast, Acidity regulator: GDL (glucono-delta-lactone), salt.
