Product Description
Glutenix Village bread flour mix is a special flour developed for a gluten-free diet. It is soy-free and has a reduced protein content of 80%. The protein content in 100g of flour mix is 1.3g.
Usage instructions (for a bread maker or for 2 square bread tins):
- 500g baking mix
- 440ml lukewarm water
- 20g fresh yeast
- 12-15 g salt to taste
Bread maker: Place the liquid in the pan, then add the other ingredients, the bread mix, and start a short (approx. 1.5 hours) program that includes a kneading and rising phase before baking.
Traditional oven: mix the ingredients with a hand mixer on low speed for 2-3 minutes (by hand, knead until the dough is smooth). Place in an oiled bread pan, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 40-45 minutes. After the first 15 minutes of baking, you can lightly brush with oil for a nicer color.
Composition: gluten-free wheat starch, corn flour, dextrose, gluten-free oat bran, potato fiber, milk powder, stabilizers (guar gum, xanthan gum, E-464), raising agent (sodium carbonates), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).
Allergen information: This product contains milk powder. The wheat and oat bran in the product are gluten-free.
