The product is made using a special drying process, the steps of which are as follows:
Step 1: Drying the fresh fruits: In this step, the juice is extracted from the fruits, which contains natural sugars specific to that fruit species.
Step 2: Boiling the received fruit juice: The fruit juice obtained in the first step is concentrated by evaporating a portion of the water it contains. This step increases the percentage of individual carbohydrates, especially fructose.
Step 3: The dried fruit, from which the juice was extracted, is soaked in fruit juice with increased fructose concentration. Due to osmotic pressure, the fruit absorbs some of the fructose from the concentrated fruit juice.
Although dried fruit does not contain artificial sweeteners, it will still have a higher sugar content due to the drying process than fresh fruit, as it naturally contains fructose found in the fruit itself.

Ingredients: pineapple (98%), fructose (2%)
Place of origin: Thailand
Health benefits:
Pineapple provides a quick energy boost to the body due to its higher sugar content, while its high fiber content doesn't have an unfavorable effect on blood sugar levels. The combination of vitamin C and zinc in pineapple strengthens the immune system, preventing bacteria and viruses. The antioxidant effect of vitamin C is particularly effective against cancer. Pineapple also has several benefits for digestion, as its high acidity stimulates the production of digestive juices, and the bromelain enzyme helps break down proteins when there is a lack of stomach acid. The potassium in pineapple activates the kidneys, promoting the elimination of excess water, which is beneficial for blood pressure. Additionally, the high fiber content of pineapple promotes bowel movements, preventing constipation. Since the fruit (actually a soft-shelled plant) is easily digestible, it can be given to infants, as it clears the stomach in 110 minutes. It is recommended for people with gastric ulcers, as it is considered to have healing properties by medical science. Pineapple contains vitamins A, U, E, iron, copper, iodine, manganese, and phosphorus. Due to its significant carbohydrate content, it is not recommended for those on a diet.
