    Enough paleo flour mix with Italian flavors to make a large, 32 cm family pizza. Soft and crumbly dough that does not require pre-baking after assembly, your favorite toppings can immediately be added and placed in the hot oven.

    A mix made from selected, premium ingredients that harmonize in taste, allowing for a white dough, pleasantly neutral-tasting pizza crust to be put together.

    We recommend it for those who have been hesitant about pizza doughs made from paleo flours, as this ensures a successful outcome, both in terms of workability of the raw dough and the resulting pastry.

    In order to achieve a more refined taste profile, our own Paleolithic Pantry phosphate-free baking powder is used instead of the tart-tasting baking soda.

    Free from added additives, colorants, preservatives, aroma enhancers, made only with natural ingredients. A Hungarian artisan flour mix that is free from grains, sugar, soy, and milk. It also does not contain konjac flour or yeast. We recommend it for dieters, followers of the paleo lifestyle, and those who focus on simple yet varied reform nutrition.

    Only wet ingredients are needed to make the dough, the bag contains all other necessary ingredients.

    Ingredients: tapioca starch, sesame flour, bamboo fiber flour, psyllium husk flour, Paleolithic Pantry baking powder (acid regulator: tartaric acid, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, tapioca starch), Himalayan salt.

    Preparation suggestion: mix with 2 medium-sized eggs (approx. 110 g), add 40 ml of cold water and 3 tbsp of melted fat. Combine with the pizza flour, let it thicken for 10 minutes. Knead on a floured silicone mat and roll out to about 4 mm thick, place on a baking sheet with the mat, spread pizza sauce, add toppings, and bake at the highest setting until done (about 15 minutes). The dough does not need to be pre-baked.
    Without eggs: mix the flour with 140 ml of cold water and 5 tbsp of melted fat. Follow the same preparation steps as above.
