Pantry Multigrain Baguette Flour Mix 215 g (enough for 4 loaves)
This is the kind of bread substitute that even those who are not on a diet rush for, because it has such a traditional character. With lots of crunchy seeds, in a delicious brown dough: you won't even notice you're eating something else. *Compared to general gluten-free flours with high starch content, this product has about 50% less carbohydrates.
Preparation suggestion: Mix 3 medium eggs (approx. 155 g) with 100 ml water and 20 ml fresh lemon juice. Stir with the flour mixture until smooth. After resting for 20 minutes, shape 4 baguettes, each 15 cm long, by rolling them in a little paleo/gluten-free flour and making 3 cuts. Place them on a silicone mat or baguette baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat, no fan) for 20 minutes, then at 180 degrees for another 20 minutes. Enjoy cooled. Baguettes reminiscent of whole grain bread, with a crunchy crust and a dry interior.
