NATURA BULGUR One of the special plants in the countries around the hot desert is durum wheat, which, if harvested by the peoples of Arab culture before full ripeness and dried in the sun, or in the process of maturing the seed ends there, develops a particularly fine-grained cereal called Bulgur. The unique, incomparable taste is one of the reasons why its consumption is almost never boring. It can be prepared in a versatile and varied way, cooked together with buckwheat, or millet for example. As a base, it can be made varied with toppings. In our case, the cooking time is at least about 10 minutes. There is also an opinion that it is enough to turn off the heat after boiling and the rest is enough for softening. It will have a texture similar to noodles. While resting, for example, the next day, it will come together, as it absorbs even more water, but it can also be easily cut with a fork. It is not suffocating, it can be called a diet food, which can be confidently recommended even for cancer or other diets, of course supplemented with consultation with a professional.
